PROYECTO | HOSTEL
Este proyecto es realización en 2016 como proyecto fin de carrera. El proyecto es sobre rehabilitar y reutilizar una casona tradicional para convertirla en un hostal y complementar nuestro proyecto de imagen urbana en Ixhuacán de los Reyes, México. Mi colega Edmundo Pedrero y yo tratamos de mantener la esencia respetando su composición. La casa tiene un espacio sub-utilizado, el cual se utilizó como caballeriza, eso nos permitió intervenir y crear un elemento contemporáneo ya que para nosotros la arquitectura tiene que hablar sobre su tiempo, el patio es un elemento articulador que permite la transición entre lo viejo y lo nuevo, el concepto de desarrollar una envolvente sobre la fachada este tiene origen en el entorno natural, el bosque, lo cual tiene la función de filtrar la luz solar que va hacia el interior del nuevo elemento arquitectónico.

ESPACIO Y CONTEMPLACIÓN ITINERANTE
HX-DRO | Itinerant Comtemplation Space. Team: Álvaro Reyes Ortíz + Edmundo Pedrero + Eduardo Castillo + César H. Caraza. Winner Project of Versus Architecture.

The most of times are use the concept "Happiness" as the last state of human plhetora, however we can see that reach high degree of fullness we always search more. So we think that happiness is the search it . The mexican has hope in the future, faith that its individual and collective situation is going to change, this project is created as space with values: Light, equity, inspiration and intrinsic discovery. A individual change becomes in a collective change. THE CUBE IS A REPRESENTATION OF SIMPLICITY WITH WICH THE MEXICAN CONFRONT THE PRESENT AND ASPIRATE TO THE FUTURE. With this, we pretend to create sensations for users inside and outside it. The Cube discovers a tree inside it that evokes the intimate reunion with primitive environment. The cube is itinerant, it isn't in a just site allowing that it isn't destined to the decadence and soon oblivion.
PROJECT | URBAN IMAGE | IXHUACÁN DE LOS REYES.
Project | Urban Image of Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Ver. México was realized by me and my partner Edmundo Pedrero on 2016 as a part of social service and final work at college. The town hall from Ixhuacán de los Reyes invite to architecture school from Universidad Veracruzana to participe as designers of master plan to rehabilitate and preserve architectural features of its urban image. The objetive was postulate to Ixhuacán de los Reyes as potential candidate to get "Pueblo Mágico" category from Federal Secretary of Tourism. That category Is a recognition for all those towns of México, that they've kept their history, traditions, culture and architecture. So we develop a integral project to give identity features, as the color; the color is the most important element to create a better image, that revitalize the buildings. we took the color from the traditions, costumes of the dancers, etcetera. Also we recover old elements as doors, windows, ornaments, traditional materials, smithies, wich it has been lost over the time. We was careful with the rythm, proportion and movement of color on facades. It was a beautiful expirience to keep in touch with the people, learn their history, know their traditions and recognize our roots and traditional architecture.
Project |Linear Park UV
This project it was a proposal realized at the urbanism workshop. We wanted to give solution to a crossroad problems. Our project has an overpass for cars and train at Circuito Presidentes avenue and conect the green islands to create a linear park, exclusive for pedestrians and cyclist. This linear park has green areas, outdoor theather, a cultural center to make expositions, concerts, conference, etcetera. The objetive is give to offer accessibility to all people. And combat the car empire, because the cities are to people who walk.
Project | House A29
House A29 is a project realized on 2016 at Design Workshop at college, it's a project with sensory values as: Light, textures of materials, double heigh, minimalism and pure shapes. I tried to break the orthogonality through the diagonal wall, wich create a different atmosphere with the stairs and double heigh wrapped by white walls. the house has a Kitchen with bar, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
